Did you know that you need to fulfill some legal requirements during your abroad study application? Well, the translation of your important documents, such as your academic transcripts and birth certificate, will be needed. Additionally, the translated documents need to be certified as well. At Eden Academy, our counsellors will explain all the requirements to you and guide you on how to get and where to go for legal services like translation.
Submitting a notarized or certified copy of your documents is a vital step because the university/college needs to ensure that the documents are genuine. Your selection to the institution you are applying to and your visa approval will depend on whether the specified documents are notarized or not.
You do need to present the originals of your documents as well. However, each copy of your original and translated documents such as citizenship, passport, transcripts, and so on that you will submit to the respective institutions during your abroad study application process needs to be notarized. For example, when you request the No Objection Letter (NOC) from the Nepal Government, the photocopies of your original documents need to be notarized.
Notarial services are available all over Nepal, and you can learn more about them through the Nepal Notary Public Council website. Furthermore, for those documents that need to be notarized by the country’s consulate /embassy, you need to book an appointment with them and pay the specified fee. We will provide a detailed guide of all legal services you need depending on your country of application
